How to use props in Forward Folds
Get your props! A chair, blocks and a blanket.
Option 1: seat on the edge of the chair, separate the legs to make space for your body, hinge at the hips and fold forward. Rest your hands in blocks
Option 2: use the seat of the chair to bring the earth closer to your hands
Option 3: stand with the feet hip-distance apart, hinge at the hips, and fold forward bringing the hands to your blocks
Option 4: you can also enjoy it seated! Seat on top of a blanket to elevate the pelvis, hinge at the hips and fold forward
