Everything you’ll need to make the BEST fluffy vegan pancakes
Mix together flaxseed meal, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, vanilla & almond extract

Slow pour in almond milk and mix until well combined

Add flour, baking powder & salt

Mix until batter forms - doesn’t have to be perfectly smooth!

Lightly coat a griddle with olive oil & place over medium heat

Add 1/3 cup of batter to the griddle for each pancake

Add your fav mix-ins like blueberries or chocolate chips

Cook for 3-4 minutes until edges set, flip & cook until golden brown

Add your fav topping like banana, peanut butter & maple syrup
