Russet potato
1 1/4 cups
Heavy Cream
1 1/2 cups
Shredded Cheese
1 tsp
Mustard Powder
1 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp

Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper. This makes clean up easy later.

Mix together 1 1/4 cups heavy cream, 1 tsp mustard powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper.

Wash and peel 4 medium sized russet potatoes.

Slice potatoes to 1/8” thickness on a mandolin. Don’t cut yourself.

Layer potatoes, shredded cheese and cream for a total of 3 layers each.

Top with extra shredded cheese

Put baking dish on a sheet pan in case the potatoes bubble over. Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes.

Take out of the oven when potatoes are fork tender and the cheese has browned.
