5 Ingredient Dumpling Soup
Add one quart broth to deep pan or Dutch oven. Heat on medium.
Add some veggies to your broth. I’m using bok choy and shredded carrots.
Add one pound frozen dumplings. I’m using Trader Joe’s chicken & veg gyoza.
Bring soup to a boil then lower heat to simmer for 5-7 minutes until dumplings cooked through.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste. Add scallions & splash of soy or coconut aminos!
