4-Ingredient Fish Popcorn
Wash and pat dry boneless fish. (Use turmeric water to get rid of the smell). Cut into small cubes.
You can use any of your favorite fish (make sure there aren't any bones).
Set up seasoning station: flour - egg - breadcrumb (season each individually with salt and pepper).
Dip the fish into flour.
And finally, the breadcrumbs.
You can use panko or regular breadcrumbs (or even something like crushed up cornflakes or potato chips).
Crumb all the fish in a similar manner.
Fry them up in small batches on high heat (don't cook them for longer than 2-3 minutes per batch or they will become dry and hard).
Enjoy with a dipping sauce of choice.
