4 Ingredient Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Pat 2 lbs. steak dry and cut into bite-size pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste
Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Once heated, add add steak
Cook for about 2 minutes without stirring, then give them a stir and cook for a few more minutes until browned on all sides
Remove steak from skillet to a dish. Reduce heat to medium and add garlic butter, allow to melt
Put steak back into skillet and mix with garlic butter. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional)
Serve and enjoy!
