Rice in a metal dish. I use an enamel pie dish. For long grain/ basmati I like to use a ratio of 1:1
Follow cooking time and do a quick pressure release after 7 minutes so that rice doesn’t overcook
After opening the lid, follow recipe instructions to reduce sauce if you wish
