Instant Pot Boursin Mashed Potatoes

Wash the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into 1 inch chunks.

Place the potatoes into the instant pot insert with 1 cup water.

Seal with the lid. Move the valve to sealing and turn on manual high pressure for 10 minutes.

Manually release pressure and add butter and Boursin cheese.

Add cream and mash with a potato masher or use a hand mixer.
