Instant Pot Cheesy Sour Cream Chicken
Add chicken, broth and spices into the Instant Pot

Pressure cook for 15 minutes for frozen chicken or 12 minutes for fresh chicken with a 10 minute natural pressure release

Remove chicken and place it on a plate. Stir in corn starch, sour cream, mozzarella and Parmesan.

Add chicken back into the pot and coat with the sauce

Serve chicken and sauce over rice
