Instant Pot Chicken and Potatoes
On saute mode, sear each side of the oiled and seasoned chicken breasts for 1 minute.
Remove the chicken breasts and deglaze w/ stock before adding potatoes, salt, and rest of the stock.
Place the chicken breasts on top before closing the Instant Pot lid and setting it to seal.
Pressure cook for 6 minutes, allow to natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release.
