Instant Pot Chocolate Cake
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and baking soda

Add almond milk, eggs, avocado oil, and vanilla. Whisk until well combined

Add 1/4 cup of boiling water to the batter and whisk until well combined

Pour the batter into a round pan

Cover tightly with tin foil

Add the trivet to your instant pot and pour in 1 cup of water. Place the covered cake pan into the pot and set the lid to sealing. Cook for 37 min

Let the steam naturally release for 10 minutes before releasing all the way. Remove cake and foil. Let it cool completely
