Add a layer of tots to bottom of dish

Place 4 frozen sausage patties on top

Pour scrambled egg mixture over the top

Sprinkle with cheese and bacon

Cover dish and lower into Instant Pot

Pressure cook for 25 minutes with 10 minute natural pressure release

Remove foil and serve
