Instant Pot Cream Of Mushroom Soup
Let’s make some soup!

Ingredients

Wash and slice mushrooms

Turn on instant pot to sauté mode - add 3 tbsps butter

Add mushrooms sauté for 2 minutes

Add chicken and sauté for 3 more minutes

Add 1/2 tsp each salt, black pepper, chili flakes, oregano, parsley

Sauté for 2 more minute

Add 2 cups of water

Close the lid

Cook on soup setting for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes and NPR (natural pressure release)

Fish out chicken and debone it

Add chicken back to instant pot

Back to sauté mode! Add oyster and chili sauce

Stir and add 1 cup of cream

Cook for 5 minutes

Add the other 1 cup of cream and cook for 2 more minutes

Now add 1.5 tbsp of corn starch in some water mix and add to instant pot

Our soup is bubbling away - almost done

If you like it chunky keep it as is - or for creamier texture use hand blander to blend a little
