Instant Pot Crème Brûlée
In 2 cups of heavy wipping cream add 6 egg yolks

Add 1 1/4 tsp of Vanilla extracts, 6 Tbsp of sugar , 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder & a pinch of salt

Pour the mixture into the ramekin & cover with a foil

Add 2 cups of water into the liner keep your sling if you have a trivet thats fine also in your IP & put your remekins on the top of the sling

Take them out & lets take a look. yumm. Keep them in the frodge for 2 hours.

Take a tsp of sugar & sprinkle it over creme brulee & than caramalize the sugar with the culinary tourch.
