Trim roast of excess fat

Slice roast into 2-3 inch slices across the grain

Coat roast pieces in dry ranch dressing mix

Add in beef broth

Pressure cook for 50 minutes and then quick release

Add in a steamer basket of cubed potatoes. Pressure cook for 10 more minutes.

Full natural pressure release and remove potatoes

Add gravy mix and a cornstarch slurry, if needed. Shred the meat with two forks.
