Instant Pot Italian Wedding Soup
Use the Sauté function to briefly cook some onions, carrots, and celery.

Add broth, pasta, frozen meatballs, and garlic powder. Cook at high pressure for 3 minutes.

After pressure has released, give it a good stir.

Add in kale and allow the hot broth to soften it.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Ready to serve!

Sprinkle with Parmesan.
