Instant Pot King Ranch Chicken Casserole
Add 1/2 tsp of better than bouillon and 1/2 cup water into Instant Pot

Add in 1/2 cup diced onion

Add in 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Pressure cook for 12 minutes with 10 minute natural pressure release

Cut up 11 (6 inch) corn tortillas into 1 inch pieces

Move chicken to cutting board and chop or shred add back into pot

Mix 2 Tbsp cornstarch with 1 cup half and half until smooth

Turn Instant Pot to sauté and add in mixture

It will thicken in a couple minutes

Add in 2 cups medium or sharp cheddar and tortillas

Add in one diced bell pepper
