Instant Pot Kitchen Sink Casserole
Chop up 1 cup of onion

Turn Instant Pot to sauté and brown the meat and onions. Add in half of seasonings

Slice up 2 cups of carrots and 1 cup of celery

Add broth into pot and scrape bottom of pot
4
Sprinkle in rice and gently press to submerge

Add in carrots and celery

Add potatoes on top and sprinkle on the other half of the seasonings

Spoon tomato soup on top of potatoes

Set manual/pressure cook button to 3 minutes with a 10 minute natural pressure release

Sprinkle on a heaping cup of cheese and stir

Serve up and enjoy!
