Instant Pot Potato Salad
Add 2 cups water and quartered potatoes to IP

Add shelled eggs to the top of the salad, or crack into an IP safe dish and place on top.

Cook on manual high for 4 minutes. Quick pressure release and drain water.

Add eggs to the potatoes.

Coarsley mash together

Make dressing with mayo, dill pickle juice, mustard, celery seed, sea salt and pepper.

Mix dressing with potatoes and eggs
