Instant Pot Sloppy Joe Casserole
What you'll need
1 cup
Elbow Macaroni
2 chopped
Dill Pickle
1 pound
Ground Beef, Lamb, or Turkey
1/3 cup chopped
Yellow Onion
3 Cloves Of Garlic
1
2 Tbsp Of Worcestershire sauce
2 8 oz can
Tomato Sauce
Chopped
1/2 Green Pepper
2 tbsp
Brown Sugar
1 1/2 cups
Beef Broth
2 cups
Shredded Mild Cheddar
2 tbsp
Red wine vinegar
Dice onion, garlic & pepper.

Set instant pot on sauté setting, add veggies. Sauté until fragrant.

Combine vinegar, sugar & Worcestershire sauce in a dish. Set aside for later.

Add Meat & crumble until brown.

Add Noodles, tomato sauce & broth. Make sure noodles are submerged.Do not stir

Secure lid on pot. Seal and pressure cook on high pressure for 5 minutes, allow for a 5 minute natural release once timer sounds

Chop pickles in small chunks. Set aside.

Open lid. Pour Brown sugar/vinegar mixture & cheese over top and stir.

Add pickles and stir.
