Instant Pot Sous Vide Egg Bites
Add 1 cup water to Instant Pot and place trivet at the bottom.

Gather 8 eggs, 1 cup fat free cottage cheese, and fillings of your choice.

Add 8 eggs to a mixing bowl.

Add cottage cheese to the bowl with the eggs.

Blend until smooth with no lumps. About 5 to 7 minutes.

Add chosen toppings to two silicone egg bite molds with an even spread of olive oil at the bottom.

Evenly pour mixture into each compartment and fill 3/4 way. Place top firmly on mold or use foil.

Stack molds on top of trivet in the Instant Pot.

Place lid on Instant Pot and set vent to sealing. Press MANUAL/pressure cook & time for 14 minutes.

Once cooking time is up, natural release for 10 minutes and then release remaining pressure.
