Brown stew meat in a little oil

Sprinkle in salt, pepper and flour

Add in onions, tomato paste, Worcestershire, vinegar and mushrooms

Heat broth until boiling in the Instant Pot

Dump meat mixture in and don’t stir

Pressure cook for 15 minutes with 15 minute natural pressure release

Remove lid and stir in cornstarch slurry with cream
7
Serve with mashed potatoes or egg noodles
