Instant Pot Tahini Chicken
On sauté mode, cook onions in olive oil until they begin to soften

Add cumin, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cool until fragrant

Meanwhile, place dates in a large microwave safe dish and add chicken broth. Microwave til very hot

Place broth and date into food processor and process until date is mostly broken down

Add tahini, lemon juice, and salt. Process until combined

Season chicken with za’atar

Place za’atar-seasoned chicken into the bottom of the instant pot

Pour the sauce over the chicken

Cover pot and set to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes

Once cooked, remove chicken from pot and turn instant pot on to sauté mode to thicken sauce

Shred cooked chicken

Add chicken back into thickened sauce. Stir, garnish and serve ☺️
