Jackfruit BBQ Sandwiches

Gather 1C tomatoes, 2T date syrup, 2T ACV, 1T mustard, 1t liquid smoke, 1t paprika and 1/8t cayenne.

Process until relatively smooth.

Transfer to a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Turn down the heat and cook for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, drain a 20oz can of jackfruit. Chop into small pieces.

Add to the pot of BBQ sauce. Cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes, until warmed.

Place on a bun and top with red cabbage. Enjoy!
