Jackfruit Seeds & Potato Cutlet
In a Pressure Cooker Add 30 Jackfruit Seeds & 2 large Russet Potatoes

Add some Salt & Pressure Cook for 2 Whistles

Once the Pressure is Released, Open the Lid

Drain the water & let it cool

Add the potatoes into a bowl

Take out the jackfruit seeds & grind them into a smooth paste using a mixer

Add this to the mashed potatoes & mix well

Add 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs, 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala

1 teaspoon Garam Masala

1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder

Pinch out Lime Sized Balls

Shape them into rounds

Dip them into a paste made with All Purpose Flour & Water

Coat them with Bread Crumbs

Drop them into Oil & fry on medium flame

Gently Flip Them

& fry until golden brown

Serve with Tomato Ketchup
