Keto Creamy Cajun Chicken
Prepare your ingredients before you begin.
Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning. Melt 1T butter over med-high. Cook chicken 5-7 minutes. Remove.
Add olive oil to the skillet with the peppers. Cook until soft and blistering.
Stir back in the chicken, tomato sauce, heavy cream, 1T butter and Parmesan until warmed.
Serve over spaghetti squash. Garnish with parsley or cilantro, if desired. Enjoy!
