Keto Frittata with Bacon & Turkey Sausage
Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, smoked paprika, salt & pepper. Stir in cheese. Set aside.

Melt butter in a deep oven-proof skillet or Dutch oven. Add garlic & shallot. Cook 2-3 min.

Add bacon and sausage. Stir to combine, then spread evenly around the bottom of the pan.

Carefully pour egg mixture over the meats. Cook 1-2 minutes or just until the edges start to set.

Transfer to oven & bake 12-15 minutes or until center is just slightly jiggly. Cut into 8 slices.
