What you'll need
1.5 pounds, spiralized
1 cup, diced small
1/4 cup, diced small
4-5 leaves, cut into ribbons
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove, grated
Prepare your ingredients before you begin.
Combine zoodles, tomatoes, mozzarella, sausage, & peppers in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
Whisk together oil, vinegar, and garlic. Pour over salad. Garnish with basil and serve.
