Keto Salted Butterscotch Nut Clusters
In medium pot combine water, Swerve brown sugar, unsalted butter, whipping cream, & salt.

Simmer & whisk 5-7 minutes until golden and thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. Remove and let cool.

Combine sugar free chocolate chips & coconut oil. Microwave on 50% power approx. 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

Line baking sheet with wax or parchment paper. Arrange pecan halves in groups of 3. Top with a dollop of caramel, then chocolate, & sprinkle of salt.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 7 days. Enjoy!
