Bake 25-30 minutes until soft and the skin is wrinkly

Add blended tomatoes to a sauce pan. Add chicken broth, tomato paste, dried oregano, and dried basil

Add a bay leaf

Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to simmer for 15 minutes

Remove from the heat and stir in cream. Adjust salt if necessary
