KetoChicken & Veggie Stuffed Spaghetti Squash
Cut squash, scrape out seeds. Salt & pepper, olive oil, flip over, add 1c water. Bake 350-45 mins

One done, scrape out “spaghetti” into bowl. Place empty shell back into Deep Covered Baker

Flatten chicken with Pampered Chef meat tenderizer

Add olive oil, Pc Garlic & Herb Rub, pink Himalayan salt, and PC chili lime seasoning. Both sides!

Olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in Pampered Chef 12” nonstick pan. Cook chicken until done. Remove.

Add in sliced onion, peppers, mushrooms, etc. Cover & Sauté down then add in spaghetti squash.

Mix in 3/4 c artichoke, jalapeño, Parmesan dip(or use some cream cheese) Combine!

Chop chicken, combine with veggie mix. Fill both empty shells. Sprinkle with bacon bits and Parm

Broil for a few mins to melt cheese. Serve with favorite side salad
