2nd marination:flour 4tbs,Corn flour-4tbsp, Baking powder-1 tsp,Chilled milk 3/4th to 1 cup ,Chili garlic sauce2tbsp,Paprika powder- ½ tsp contd..👉👉👉
👉👉Salt ½ tsp,Stock powder 1tsp mix to form a thick batter and dip chicken with 1st marinade into the 2nd milk marinade.
3rd batter: dip the hotshots into dry batter 1 cup of flour and 1 tsp baking powder, sprinkle of chilli powder( optional)
Deep fry hot hots. Donot over crowd fry in batches for 3-4 mins each side till golden and crispy and fully cooked.
