2 Dumbbells
Keep shoulder blades against the bench, elbows directly over shoulders, palms pointed to each other

Bend elbows to 90 & rotate palms towards face at bottom of movement. Squeeze triceps on extension.

Don’t forget to breathe, squeeze your triceps (backside of arms) & keep shoulders back throughout!
