Lemon Garlic Shrimp Cakes

Add breadcrumbs, onion powder, paprika, lemon, garlic, egg, salt & pepper to a food processor bowl.
Pulse a few times until the shrimp are finely chopped and the ingredients are all well blended.
Make 7-8 shrimp cakes.
Cook about 3-4 minutes per side in olive oil until golden brown.
