Mix butter and sour cream (with spatula or electric mixer)

Add sugar and beat for 2 minutes until creamy and light

Add eggs, one at a time, incorporating well each one

Don’t forget to scrape the sides of the bowl a few times during the mixing

Add flavorings and mix

Sift flour in two parts and mix well but don’t over do it (that’s why I use a spatula)

Pour into a prepared loaf pan and bake according to recipe directions
