Lemon-Basil White Bean Dip
Add 2 cans rinsed white beans, 2 tbsp olive oil, and a handful of fresh torn basil to processor

Add 1 tbsp herbs de Provence, the zest and juice of 1 lemon, and salt and pepper

Process (adding 1-2 tbsp water if needed) & transfer to serving dish. Top with oil, pepper, & basil
