Send your knees wide, reach your arms forward, & send your hips towards your heels for child’s pose

Reach towards the right and left sides of your mat to stretch out your side body

Lengthen your spine in downward facing dog. Press into your palms and the balls of your feet.

Twist your dog. Reach opposite hand to foot, plug your knee into the arm that’s reaching and out

Use blocks to reach your spine forward. Tent up onto finger tips
5
Reach blocks towards 2 and 10 o’clock to lengthen side body. Come back to center
6
Grab a hold of opposite wrists and stretch to each side
