Made Easy Chullu Kababs
16 STEPS
Dilute a pinch of saffron in 3 tbsp warm water

Mince 3 tbsp of onion and 2 green chilies

Break up 1 lb of beef mince - meat with a little fat is best

Add the onions, a tsp of saffron, 1.5 tbsp butter or ghee

Now add 2 tbsp yogurt, 1 teaspoon each ginger and garlic paste

2 tbsp of saffron water

1 tbsp sumac

3 tbsp of National Seekh Kabab Masala

Mix very well by hand - set aside for 30 minutes

Shape into kababs - create an indent with the side of your fingers. Makes 8 kababs of this size

Boil rice and add 2 tbsp of butter and a swirl of the remaining saffron water when ready to serve

Broil some tomatoes

Sizzle sizzle - cook a few minute on each side
