Make A Bra Bumper Port Pillow For Exercising
You need: two 7” x 2 1/4” pieces cotton fabric, 3” strip of 1” hook-&-loop, small ball of stuffing.

Fold one piece in half, place & clip one part of hook-and-look tape, secure w/zigzag stitch.

Sew second piece of hook-and-loop to fabric using previous method.

Place fabric right sides together. Clip, then sew using 1/4” seam allowance. Leave hole to turning.

Turn right sides out. Poke out corners completely. Finger press to finalize pillow shape.

Stuff pillow to desired firmness.

Hand stitch or machine sew to close the hole. Sew straight line down middle to help with fold.

To use bra bumper, slide half of it under sports bra strap & fold other half on top to secure.
