Mix flour, water, oil & salt

Knead dough until no longer sticky and shape into ball

Cover and let rest

Mix meat filling ingredients

Flour surface and roll out dough

Roll until just a few millimetres thick

Measure 1 1/2 inch squares and cut with pizza cutter

Fill the squares with small balls of meat

Use a bit of water to attach the edge pieces

Fold up dough, pinch and squeeze to form bow ties add to oiled tray

Bake @ 350* for 25 mins until browned
