Pick the chicken while still warm to get the most meat off of the carcass.

Add the picked chicken into the cheese blend, breaking the chicken into smaller pieces.

Toss to combine. Place half of the mixture in a separate bowl.

Add about 1/2 cup salsa verde to one bowl and mix to combine.

For this half you can either add 1/2 bbq sauce or 1/4 cup buffalo sauce and mix to combine.

To chop cilantro run the blade across the leaves at an angle & roughly chop. Add to the bbq chicken.

Fill the tortilla with about 1/4 cup filling. Roll tightly and place seam side down into a ziploc.
