Maple Syrup (for Dough)
Melted Coconut Oil
Maple Syrup (for Chocolate Layer)
Add almond flour, chia seeds, and vanilla extract to a food processor.
Then add peanut butter and blend until combined.
Then add maple syrup and oats and blend well.
Press 1/2 the dough into a small pan.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, and maple syrup.
Pour ~1/2 of chocolate mixture on top of dough. Freeze for 20 minutes.
Repeat steps 5 + 6 w/ remaining dough & chocolate to get beautiful chocolate-peanut butter layers!
