What you'll need
Mini peanut butter cups or peanut butter chips
Organic dried wild blueberries, tart cherries, mulberries, goji berries
Organic dark chocolate (70%+ cacao for antioxidants)
Organic mixed nuts (chopped almonds, walnuts)
Candied ginger (optional)
Silicon ice cube tray (I bought heart-shaped)
Temper chocolate (or simply melt using microwave), and arrange your selection of desired superfoods
Pour melted chocolate into wells, topping each with a unique combination of superfoods
Allow superfood love bites to cool before taking out of mold (or pop into the fridge for a few min)
