Soak the Daal for one hour.

In the IP add daal, water, salt, red chili powder, and ginger garlic paste.

Put pressure on in the IP, after it’s done cooking let it vent and set aside.

In a skillet, add oil heat it up. Add cumin seeds, cloves, green cardamom and black peppercorns...

Then add the cut dried long red pepper and mix it.

Add onion and mix it up.

Add Serrano pepper and mix it up

Add tomatoes and mix it up.

Add coriander powder and mix it up.

Take out the daal from the IP, make sure you don’t get any water out of the IP.

Cover it and let it cook on low for 5 minutes.

Add fresh lemon juice, cilantro, and ginger for garnish
