Separate 2 egg whites.

Beat until frothy. Add cream of tartar and food coloring.

Slowly add sugar and beat until glossy and stiff peaks form.

Add to decorator bag that has stripes of food coloring gel painted on the inside.

Pipe a circle on foil lined cookie sheet then build it up to resemble a Christmas tree.

Bake at 200 for 2 hours. Then turn off oven, open door slightly, and let trees rest 30 minutes.
