Mini Chocolate Chip Scones
Mix the dry ingredients - flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Add the frozen butter.

Use a pastry cutter (or your hands) to cut in the butter.

Whip together the liquid ingredients - the cream, egg, and vanilla.

Add the mini chocolate chips.

Pour the liquid ingredients in with the dry.

Use your hands to bring the dough together. You may need to add additional cream.

Pat the scone dough into a square and slice into 16 pieces.

Transfer the scones to baking sheets lined with parchment paper.

Brush the scones with additional cream. Sprinkle with course sparkling sugar.

Remove scones from the oven to cool.

Transfer scones to cooling racks.
