Mini Chocolate Cupcakes

Line a mini cupcake pan with paper liners. Preheat oven to 350F.

Stir together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl.

Whisk together sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.

Mix in 1/2 the dry ingredients and 1/2 the buttermilk. Repeat with second half until well blended.

Fill each liner halfway with batter.

Bake 12-15 minutes. Let cool before frosting.
