Mini Fruit Cobblers
Preheat to 400. In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup self-rising flour and 1/2 cup heavy cream.

Pour chosen pie filling in equal parts into two 5.5 Cast Iron Skillets.

If desired sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Add the dough to the skillets.

Go in the the oven.

Bake for 20 minutes or until dough is slightly browned.

Remove from oven.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
