10-Minute No-Sew Paper Garland
Gather your supplies: 12"x12" scrapbook paper, a 3.5" punch, a 4" punch, twine, and scissors.
Use large punch to punch nine circles from each sheet of paper.
After each row of punches, trim excess and continue.
Punch two adjacent (1/2" apart) on each circle with 1/4" punch (1/2" from edge).
Cut a 12'-14' piece of twine (12' length shown).
Weave twine through holes. Up through the first, down through the second.
Space out punched circles as desired. Shown: 14 circles on 12' garland.
Hang the garland securely.
Tip: tie onto a curtain rod for a quick decor change.
