What you'll need
2 Peeled Carrots Diced
1/2 Cup Peeled Apple
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1tbsp Peeled Ginger
Add your carrots, apple and onion. Process until vegetables are minced.
Add your olive oil, fresh ginger and miso paste.
Add your rice vinegar, purée until smooth.
Salt & pepper! Smells amazing!! Use for salads, fish , meats, rice etc!
Stores up to a week in the fridge! The apple acts as a natural preservative!
